Many could try the rich flavor of Colombian Coffee on board of Peace Boat. The National Federation of Coffee Growers offered the delicious beverage. After visiting the Colombian table at the “Latin American Fair for Peace, Culture and Tourism” which was held on board of Peace Boat, a Japanese NGO, those who attended were very much enthusiastic with the possibility of visiting Colombia. It is estimated than 2 thousand people attended the Fair.
One of the next trips that Peace Boat will do will be taking participants to Colombia. It is the trip number 71, which leaves the Yokohama Port in October 25th and arrives to Cartagena in December 15th. The last time that Peace Boat visited Colombia was August 17th 2007.

Japanese visitors also enjoyed having Colombian-flag-colored armbands, which were given out at the Colombian table “It is a delight to know that Peace Boat will visit Colombia again to support different projects. This shows, once again, that Japanese appreciate the profound transformation our country has gone through and are more than willing to know our territory and support ideas that keep consolidating peace”, said Ambassador Patricia Cardenas.
